The new IATA DGR regulations on the state of charge of lithium battery goods in 2026
The requirement that the state of charge of pure lithium-ion battery cargo must not exceed 30% was initially vigorously promoted by the International Civil Aviation Organization and has been enforced for many years. The new regulations aim to balance safety and efficiency. High-risk batteries (large-capacity, independent/standby in the same box) are strictly regulated, while low-risk batteries (built-in, small-capacity) are moderately relaxed. Before shipment, be sure to check the battery Wh value, packaging form and corresponding PI terms to avoid the whole batch being detained.

India has issued the implementation rules of the mandatory standard for digital TV receivers - satellite broadcasting transmission :IS 18112:2022
This standard IS issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The product must simultaneously meet the safety requirements of IS 616:2017/IEC 60065, support DVB-S/S2 signal reception, comply with the EMC IS/CISPR 32 electromagnetic compatibility standard, and cover all technical parameters including signal reception, decoding, and overall machine performance.
